Data Availability Network

The DA Network is a decentralized storage system designed to guarantee the availability and integrity of off-chain data. Its main key responsibilities are:

  1. Storing Schedules: The DA Network stores schedules for challenges and aggregation tasks submitted by the Scheduler.

    • Challenge Schedule: Defines the type of challenge task that a set of oracle nodes need to perform in each epoch.

    • Aggregation Schedule: Defines the set of oracle nodes responsible for the aggregation of challenge reports in the last era.

  2. Archiving Challenge Reports: The DA Network ensures that all reports generated by oracle nodes are available for a certain period of time after the proofs have been submitted on-chain. All data is removed after the time expires.
